Pedestrian struck by a truck. The bruises are an imprint of the trucks front grille. While gruesome, I find it oddly beautiful. Something very android or Ghost in the Shell/Deus Ex Machina like, from the way the blood has bruised into a very geometric pattern almost bio mechanical way.
